TK Kenyon graduated from the Iowa Writers' Workshop with an M.F.A. in fiction (Truman Capote Fellowship) and holds a Ph.D. in molecular virology, studying pathology and kinase kinetics of Varicella-zoster virus (chickenpox). Her postdoctoral research at the Center for Neurodegenerative Disease Research at the University of Pennsylvania involved tissue culture and transgenic models of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other neurodegenerative diseases. She has published five scholarly science papers in peer-reviewed journals and numerous non-fiction pieces. Six of her short fiction pieces have been published in literary journals, including New York Stories (Spring, 2005) and American Short Fiction (Summer, 2006). Her novel, RABID, will be published in April, 2007 by Kunati Books.

Currently, TK Kenyon does not accept electronic versions of books for review. Email TK for where to send ARCs and hard copies of books. Sending a book to TK Kenyon does not guarantee a review. TK Kenyon only reviews books that she can whole-heartedly recommend and that fit within the subject matter of an upcoming article. However, if you send TK a copy of a book, at least you know that you won't get a bad review.
